Board Meetings

Board meetings are held at least twice a year, and as needed based on community needs. Board meetings will be announced at least 10 days in advance.

Community Clean Up

Community Clean Up days are usually held in conjunction with the Spring and Fall Membership Meetings. All residents are invited to assist with projects such as dock repairs, garden bed clean up, leaf and weed removal, etc.

Spring and Fall Membership Meetings

The Spring Membership meeting is typically held the second Saturday in May. ​The Fall Membership meeting is typically held on the second Saturday in October.

 

All members of the community - full time renters and property owners - are invited to attend. Voting privileges are reserved for owners only.
